Weekend Links
October 18, 2009

One of today’s links is about how to get photos of a burning match. While this isn’t a match, it’s definitely burning… and it’s making me miss summer cookouts already.
Well, the weekend is still not over (at least, not here in Ohio), so I’m not exactly late with this post.
Here’s some stuff I read this week that I liked:
- If you’re like me, you might be a bit over-protective of your camera. If you’re wondering why type of things to really avoid – and how – check out 7 digital camera predators and how to keep them at bay from DPS.
- DIYPhotography.net has shown us a way to create what looks to be a cool filter, but is actually getting a blurred image with whatever’s around.
- I feel like I’ve already posted a few links about taking great photos in the fall, but I don’t think I shared this one yet?
- Another post from DIYPhotography – this time helping us to get great photos of burning matches!
- I think you guys have probably figured out at this point how much I like Ronan Palliser’s blog. At one point this week he talked about why he prefers zoom lenses to primes.
